Patient Portal

The online patient portal is a secure online home for your health information. It is designed to help you become a more active partner in your healthcare. From a computer or tablet with Internet access, you can conveniently view your health records on this special, password-protected website.

In the patient portal, you can see a complete report of your healthcare history. The portal can also allow physicians throughout our health system to review your personal health records. With your permission, they can view your health history and collaborate on your care more effectively.

Information available on the patient portal includes:

Admit and discharge dates and locations
Procedures performed during admission
Current and past problem list
Current medication list and medication history
Current medication allergy list and allergy history
Immunization records
Vital signs at discharge
Laboratory test results (available at time of discharge)
Demographics maintained by hospital (gender, race, ethnicity, date of birth, preferred language)
Family & social history

We provide online healthcare information to patients 18 years and older.

All discharged patients who supply a valid email address will receive an electronic invitation from the hospital and a link to register online for the Patient Portal shortly after discharge.

*Not all features may be available for your doctor, and some lab and test results are legally restricted from being viewed online.

Not registered for a patient portal account yet?

Provide your email address when you register at the hospital. You will then receive a personal email invitation with complete instructions for quick and easy registration. Hospital staff is available to assist you in signing up for the portal.
